MEET THE BUSINESS OWNER
Yvette Esparza has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2002. She holds a BSN in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology, as well as a Masters in Nursing with a Specialty in Family Care, Emergency Care, Occupational, Addiction and Correctional Medicine. She has over 9 years of experience as a Preferred Labor & Industrial Provider. She is presently expanding her Occupational Medical Clinic and is taking new patients. She is also DOT/CDL certified. Her knowledge in her field is an asset to the community and she is well respected and provides quality, comprehensive care to all her patients.

Anne Hardy, DNP, APRN
Medical Provider
Anne Hardy has been in nursing since 1996. She has progressed in her nursing career, always learning and expanding her scope of practice for patients. Anne Hardy is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has achieved her doctorate in nursing in 2020, and her master's in nursing in 2018 from Frontier Nursing University. She has extensive experience as a L & I provider and has provided care in their capacity since 2018. Anne Hardy also has experience providing general primary care and focuses on individuated treatment plans. She strives to provider compassionate care to all her patients and is currently accepting new patients.
